Damages or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at shopwaistee@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item. We will evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
